Rich Brandt has legal experience spanning more than 27 years in all aspects of Estate administration including: Probate of an Estate where there is a will; Administration of an Estate where there is an intestacy (no will), Will Contests, Claims against Estates and all matters related to these areas to include every aspect of the administration of an Estate both before the Register of Wills and the Orphans Court Division.

We use the latest computer-based legal research and subscribe to numerous periodicals and publications and frequently attend Estate-related seminars, all of which enable our firm to provide you with up-to-the-minute and accurate information concerning every aspect of Estate related work.

Our practice also includes all aspects of Trust administration, both as to Revocable Living Trusts and Testamentary Trusts (established by a will).

We provide tax preparation services including the descendent's final return and all other Federal and State tax returns related to the administration of the Estate or Trust.

When necessary we can call upon the resources of other experienced attorneys with whom we maintain a close professional working relationship to partner with us to provide any assistance that we may require.
